Mango Shiva prepares our favourite Indian cuisine with a modern twist. We use the finest quality ingredients, authentic methods, and a huge dose of love and care to prepare all our meals. We are located on Calgary’s bustling Stephen Avenue in a beautifully restored historic space transformed into an exotic escape. Our dining room can accommodate 125 standing and 100 seated for all your special events. Let us ignite your senses and destroy your inhibitions!

Established in 2002 Mango Shiva is a family-owned and operated restaurant. It took some serious elbow grease on the part of the Dhillon family to makeover a fairly non-descript Indian restaurant called Shehnai in Penny Lane Mall into Mango Shiva in 2002. After 5 memory-filled years at Penny Lane Mall the block was demolished to make way for the new Eighth Avenue Place building. Mango Shiva relocated to its new digs in an old Dairy Queen, and with much more elbow grease this time around, created a stunningly beautiful dining room.

Our mum and granny still help in the kitchen on occasion. Dad is still fixing leaky toilets and grabbing odds and ends. Neil is running the dining room, and I make sure everyone is always smiling. Raj, my wife, is the newest addition to the mix. She has a stunning smile and a great West Yorkshire accent that keeps everyone mesmerized. We hope to have you for dinner at our place soon!
